If you have any issues or queries regarding TBC warranty, simply e-mail us and you can be assured to receive a reply. To help you understand our warranty policy, here is a list of frequently asked questions that may provide you with an immediate answer.

What happens if I want to exchange an item/s purchased?
As long as the item/s is in original, unused and unopened condition, simply e-mail us with your order information and your requirements and send the original item/s back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery. Unfortunately we will not be able to cover the shipping charges for the return and the replacement, for a quote of the shipping charges for the replacement, please e-mail us before hand.

What if my exchange item is not of the same value as my original purchase?
If the cost of the item/s you wish to exchange for is more than your original purchase, we will send you an additional invoice to be paid before the item is dispatched. If the cost of the item/s you wish to exchange for is less than your original purchase, we will refund the difference back into your Paypal account once we receive the returned item/s.

What if I don’t like what I ordered?
Not a problem, if this occurs we will gladly refund the cost of the purchase once the item/s have been returned to us, provided the items are returned in original, unopened and unused condition and within 21 days of receipt of the shipment. All returns will be refunded to the original Paypal account, shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

TBC warranty:
If there is a product defect in the item/s sold by TBC, we will refund/ replace (when available) for you. All claims for returns or refunds due to manufacturing defects must be made within 10 days of it’s delivery to you. We reserve the right to reject claims of manufacturing defects in cases where the item/s have not been used as originally designed, and where there is obvious user abuse.

Will I be charged duties and taxes on goods for shipment to countries other than Australia?
It is important to note that import taxes and charges are NOT included in the price of your order. The majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties. However occasionally the destination country’s custom agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. This charge varies from country to country and will not be covered by TBC.

How safe is ordering via the Internet?
All online order payments at TBC are handled by Paypal to ensure the safest possible online shopping environment.
